The Institute of Certified Secretaries of Kenya (ICS) is the professional organization for Certified Public Secretaries. The Institute is established under the Certified Public Secretaries Act, Cap 534 of 1988 and dedicated to the promotion, growth, development and regulation of the governance and corporate secretarial profession in Kenya.
